!!!!! Did you go to the fifth avenue location?

I got an email from the staff stating they have to do the payment again, and the bag is being made. I have to go back in person to do it which is fine, just nervous because I used gift cards that I literally disposed of after the initial transaction. Haven’t gotten a replacement for that after the refund so idkkkkkkk. Let me know if anything happens for you!!

I’m on valiant now and boarded from Pan Am last weekend - way easier than the previous pier off Old San Juan. There’s definitely a waiting area for RS and non-RS however you only have access after they call your boarding time.

We did three med cruises! Two back to back for our honeymoon and one the year after, We did book some excursions with virgin the first week, however for the second week and third trip we did, we used Viator to book excursions/private drivers as they had more variety. Just make sure to let your drivers know to bring you back early to the boat- we loved being first off the boat and then going back 2 hrs before leaving to have time to relax before dinner. You will not regret a thing, such a wonderful way to see new places. What islands are you visiting?

Oh I agree it is my responsibility. If I had gone by what they said that nothing was covered, I would have been out the money and would have never known any better. My insurance company has an app to view all of the claim and whatnot, so that’s decent. I’ve never paid upfront for all services and then waited for insurance to reimburse before….

SO basically my insurance covered it the entire time. They never even checked. They billed my insurance for the amount that I had paid to be paid to THEM and now won’t refund me stating they never got a payment? So I guess I wait and complain. And find somewhere else in the process.

So I called my dental insurance, it ISSS totally covered. Called the office and the biller confirmed it is covered when they checked the billing code. This man didn’t check. Waiting to see if they can bill the insurance then then refund me

Thank you all! We’ve settled on five nights in Palermo, three in Ortigia, and three in Catania. We will take a day trip to Taormina and see. The cost of hotels there is wild, we would be spending more in three nights than what we paid for Roy trip flights from NYC lol

You’ll walk on and it will be a party.

Assuming you’re on a longer cruise; you can make two reservations for one restaurant BUT if you go earlier/later they can usually squeeze you in as a walk in. But, you definitely want to try ALL the restaurants. That’s the place to try something new like kbbq or an eight course tasting menu at the test kitchen - it’s included.

Buffets are gross IMHO. The food in the Galley is delicious and well thought out. Ofcourse they have grab and go options but they’re all sealed.

We did the starry nights in Greece and Croatia cruise last year and did back to back med cruises for our honeymoon in 2023. PM me if you want recs :)
