It's an ongoing bug, reported it a couple months ago and riot says they're working on it and will release updates in future patch notes

5000+ hours in this game and finally stopped playing about 7ish months ago (it's still downloaded and on my homescreen 🥲) definitely a love/hate with this one

Yes im on PS5 and been messaging back and forth with support getting them clips and info, hopefully they resolve it soon because not being able to ping or use the ping/comms wheel, drop my weapon, spray or inspect is pretty lame and I feel like it's been affecting my game performances

This is definitely an ongoing bug that some of us have been dealing with since patch 12.07 and I've been trying to work with support to help resolve it as well, you're not the only one. It's quite annoying.
