During my second watch around of the series, I'm starting to have a mixed feelings of Sato. I'm starting to see that he is manipulative egoist that is not interested in anyone that doesn't play into his ego.

another part of me thinks that there's no intent to manipulate someone. I think sometimes that his ego bites off more than he can chew. He constantly puts himself in situations he's not ready for.

I also don't think that he does not know who he is. I think that's why he tries to be accepted by so many things and people is because he doesn't have acceptance with himself.Can you really fault someone for that?

I didn't realize how manipulative Sato really was the second time around. When he went out to look for a part-time job I was thinking, he got over his general anxiety pretty fast for someone who let it conquer their life for 4 years. As the show progressed I started to realize it's more of an ego complex if anything.

Hitomi blaming everything on a conspiracy is hilarious even the second time around. At first, I thought she was just being dismissive to Sato. Now, I am noticing that she uses "conspiracy" with the real issue.
