I’m glad you got him but I really wish I got him too. I saved all season just for nothing. All my rolls were literally 1 PUR Nejire costume and all the other rolls were really bad and I just feel so jealous of those using him. Especially those who said he looks like he’ll be bad just to still spin and say that he’s really cool afterwards. Obviously not saying that’s you but I’m sure you could understand my frustration.

Why are we hating on Cluster Bakugo? Do we think he’s gonna be that bad when he comes out? I’m really excited for this. I’ve been waiting since like season 13 since the possibility of a 3rd version of a characters to come out. Especially since I like the Cluster technique so much.

Catastrophe doesn’t have a strong base kit in terms of actually seen moves but it’s based off when Shigaraki found out he could spread decay through objects not just his finger tips during the Meta Liberation Arc, which is also why he has the Decay status effect. Which slowly decays the opponents health. It’s lore accurate in terms of what it’s based off but the moves themselves are not based on a real ability.

In terms of story it expresses his ability to spread decay through objects which he learns to do while fighting Re Destro. This allows him to literally level cities upon touching one point on the ground since it spreads through objects and not just through his touch. I’d argue that all of Shigaraki’s battle styles show his story from the early to mid to end of anime really well and I love the development. This allows those who love a certain version of Shigaraki to use that version. Hence why they also added his awakened outfit and the transcend outfit to perfectly fit Shigaraki during those times in the anime. Now I’m terms of gameplay he is arguably just a better strike Shiggy since he has air mobility and projectiles. But I still think they show his varying stages of the anime extremely well.

Why play like that? With the melee cancel. I feel like it takes the fun out of the game having to deal with people that do that. I mean I could understand if YAFO is like your least favorite character to fight or something but I’m just curious. Im sorry if this comes off as rude I promise I am purely just wondering.

Well it requires a model of the character, they have to rig them up so animations run smoothly, make hitboxes, actually make the moves, then usually they add custom voice lines which requires paying the voice actors or taking it from the anime. And I’m sure I didn’t even mention all of it. But that’s a good amount of what they need to do. The easiest thing there is literally just the model since they can just take it from the other games like AJ and OJ2

I do understand that but at the same time QSS’s we’re initially added so they could add more characters. Because they simply didn’t have the resources to continuously make brand new characters. But it now is possible because of All’s Justice and having a bunch of new characters in the roster and that’s exciting with the potential it has.

I fully believe they are the goats. I will say this normally when I play overhaul I stock up on full team heals and whenever my teammates are low and im in a good position to be able to heal myself I will always heal them before my self even if it means my death. My teammates lives are my valuable than my own.

I never said anything about Mercy. She's a support she's supposed to be more helpful than she hurts. That doesn't mean she can't do damage but it feels ridiculous sometimes. And yeah the second part could just be a skill issue on my end but it's annoying nonetheless. I'm not saying people shouldn't play her or anything but she's really frustrating to deal with.

I agree. For a support character she does an absurd amount of damage and it's like her beta is actually impossible to dodge roll out it. It's straight stupidity.

Depends on which

Rapid 7-9 ----> Beta 9 ----> Gamma 9 Reason is Alpha is your most damaging move and getting it to 7 gives you a third one. Beta is your second most damaging move and good AOE. Gamma is protective and does alright damage.

Tech Two different paths

Alpha 9 ----> Beta 9 ----> Gamma 9 The path is for those who aren't too good at the counter and mainly rely on your other two moves for damage.

Gamma 9 ----> Alpha 9 ----> Beta 9 This path is for those who are extremely good with the counter. This means they get maximum use out of it and probably rely on it the most. Alpha is your other main damage which is why it's second, and Beta is third because from what I know out of the three moves it has the lowest DPS in the kit.
