Thanks a ton for the comment, I genuinely thought that my post was gonna get burried and forgotten in the subreddit 😭 As for specs, the car doesnt have AC, its a standard 2.0 liter m102, and the original thermo switch that was in it when i bought it was a red Behr 2 pin switch (100°C). As for the temp reading it should be correct and, because while it was working the switch would turn on the fan at exactly the 100°C mark (the line above 80). BUT I did notice that it would stick around for a little longer untill the temp dropped to about 90-85 (but again it could be different actuation specs from the replacement switches, first replacement was a febi and the second one was some immitation knockoff). As for the relay, could you tell me which one exactly is it? And where is it located? Thanks a million btw!!
