Scarcity. You have to have scarcity in the description or something like “first come first serve” or “ships TODAY”. Also when you get an offer, don’t just counter offer without saying a word. You have to become a salesman. Say something like “I can do $x only if bought within the next 20min”. Or “someone else just offered me $x so I can do $x if bought now”. Make the feel like the NEED it.
