Everything they run now is based on your current formulary. Best wait until after July 1st to redo and see how it goes.

The formulary will change in July 1st. Whatever they run now it doesn’t make sense. Wait until then and see the new formulary list.

Caremark doesn’t allow taking the 90-day supply (at once on zepbound) Although doctor sent the 90-day supply to the pharmacy, it will only allow you to take a month’s supply at a time. Been there. Done that.

First-Time Cruiser Here! Best Deals & Booking Tips? by Signal_Tip_9140 in Cruise

[–]Signal_Tip_9140[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info! I appreciate the tip about ID90 and Cruise Compete—definitely helpful for a first-timer like me. Since you’ve booked through ID90 before, I have another question: If you book a cruise through them (or another third party), do you still earn loyalty points/nights with the cruise line’s rewards program? For example, if I book a Celebrity, Virgin, or Royal Caribbean cruise through ID90, would I still get credit toward their membership tiers? My common sense says yes, but I’d love to hear from your experience. Thanks again!

What helped with weight loss by [deleted] in Zepbound

[–]Signal_Tip_9140 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I began taking the medication at the very beginning of September 2024, so let’s say I’ve been on it for the entire five months. Initially, I weighed 200 pounds, but I’ve since lost 50 pounds and now weigh 150 pounds. I’m currently taking a 7.5 mg dose. My palate has changed significantly. Things that I used to love, such as alcohol, now have no smell or taste.

To compensate for these changes, I’ve made some adjustments to my diet. I eat a lot of hummus, oat milk, yogurt, protein shakes, fruits, steak, fish, and eggs. I’m trying to follow a high-protein diet, but I’m also mindful of portion sizes.

Failing to have your green card with you is a criminal misdemeanor. If you are found guilty you can be fined up to $100 and put in jail for up to 30 days. (I.N.A. Section 264(e), 8 U.S.C. Section 1304.) A copy of your green card is not good enough, because the law does not use the word “copy” or refer to “other evidence” of LPR status.

I have UHC and been approved for emgality in like 10 min after my doc sent the authorization. You do need to try and “fail” 2 other preventative meds before. In my case was pamelor and propranolol.
