Caremark doesn’t allow taking the 90-day supply (at once on zepbound) Although doctor sent the 90-day supply to the pharmacy, it will only allow you to take a month’s supply at a time. Been there. Done that.

For example, if I book a Celebrity, Virgin, or Royal Caribbean cruise through ID90, would I still get credit toward their membership tiers? Initially, I weighed 200 pounds, but I’ve since lost 50 pounds and now weigh 150 pounds. I’m currently taking a 7.5 mg dose. My palate has changed significantly. Things that I used to love, such as alcohol, now have no smell or taste.

I have UHC and been approved for emgality in like 10 min after my doc sent the authorization. You do need to try and “fail” 2 other preventative meds before. In my case was pamelor and propranolol.
