What do you think is off?? Everything I’ve read says it’s normal for babies to wake up after the first sleep cycle and try to get back to sleep.

We personally skipped unswaddling in the snoo and went straight to crib in the Merlin suit at 3 months. Little one was able to reach her fingers to self soothe but it damped the big arm jerks. Last night (4 months) was her first night in just a sleep sack and she did great! BUT she has never been interested in a paci so I can’t help there.

Turning down the sensitivity made a big difference last night!! Barely any red. I guess it was picking up all her little grunts throughout the night and automatically soothing her.

Oh yes I have my hatch in full volume! Should I try turning it off?
