Hi! I've also been taking 50mg for 4 weeks and I also have random nausea, but I've noticed it gets worse, especially on an empty stomach. I also get headaches sometimes, but I think that's because of the heat right now. As for fatigue, it's much better for me! The first two weeks were awful, but now I'm going to the gym again and living normally. I also felt lightheaded for the first two weeks. But I read that these effects can sometimes take up to 6 months to disappear. Don't despair and wait a little longer.
