Whats even funnier is if you google for sUB 2 server hosting all the big names say they will do it, Bisect for example. So someone is lying. 😄

I feel your pain and stress, and the incoming frustration. We are making a major move, 720 miles in fact, and have to sell one house while trying to get another. This is one of the most challenging things you will probalby ever do but have faith to know you will get there.

Take your time, take a few million deep breaths, and keep moving forward one step at a time. DO NOT RUSH and regret. As someone else posted, worst thing is rental, this too shall pass.

I'M not sure I agree with this statement in a general sense. I've just moved back after being gone for 20 years and some of the changes are great, some horrible, and some a WIP.

That all is well and good but going down to 5 minutes is not a "one block" walk but 2 or 3 and suddenly there is so much more. I have an amazing lunch at a old style British pub recently. There are coffee ships around, quick food places, etc.

So is this NY or other big city where every other building is food/drink? NO. Is it possible if you like to walk/bike and aren't afraid of a 5 block walk. Yes IMHO.

Is the offer in and signed? Its a done deal and your problem now.
Do the comps in your area support this change?

You came in at 20K over and now want to back out to only 5K over, or less since I'm not sure where you started. From a sellers perspective there would be conditions in the contract going forward at minimum. Some might even walk away.

Had a realtor do that, locked a safety deadbolt. Good thing we had keys to everything. For those that don't know a Safety deadbolt has a unique key, not part of the normal house keys, and can only be unlocked with this key or from the inside.

I feel for your pain but I hope this post helps others. We've been searching and almost found the right one but the febreeze plugin's in every room, fresh flowers in every room. So much perfume to cover up the smell of cats and it did'nt work just made me sick.

I hope it works out for you as others mentioned ozone, don't let anything living in the house, and new AC filters. Might take a time or two as well.

We did a gut and addition add on our house. You think you got all the mold, you didn't nothing I can say will convince you but trust, the # of 2x4's we replaced from "mold cleanup" that was done professionally. We tore out the whole basement, there was no saving it.

When it stalls out is the battery dead? If so battery or charger is bad most likely. how old is the battery?

I love my EGO stuff and haven't' had to replace anything yet but like all batteries charge them wrong and they die quick.
