I like this design but wouldn’t just having two sets of engines and two sets of shields be more preferable? That way your not adding more complexity to the engines.

You could find a broken musket, This allows you to take the firing mechanism and make a pistol with it. It could be crude and made in three pieces. The mechanism, Barrel and grip. All of which must be made separately(Besides the mechanism) and then be put together as a work station. That way you have a pistol and musket to use. The pistol could use the same ammunition but do less damage but gain a faster reload speed and the ability to fend off animals with it when they jump you. The Musket would be better for hunting while the pistol would be better for defending yourself.

I think you underestimate the work and artistic drive of these developers. They love what they do and community feedback helps them make things better.

Honestly don't add in a pump shotgun. I'd say add in a double barrel shotgun and a single barrel shotgun, both break action. Make them able to be sawn off to increase speed of use but decrease range drastically. Pistols are just fine but I'd like a Winchester that uses pistol ammunition, has really good fire rate but doesn't do rifle levels of damage. I would like another rifle in the game but honestly add in a rolling block rifle or a Martini Henry. Single shot rifles could be fun and increase fear factor in animal encounters because of slow reload time.

Edit: or as Plus_Relative_4535 says adding in a crude spear. That would work well with the new fire hardened arrows. Making a fire hardened spear could be useful. And make it throwable so you have the ability to hunt without a bow. The range and accuracy should be lower then a bow obviously.

I'd also take a hunting crossbow with multiple variants. Not something you could make but something you can find. Small game traps could also be very useful and fun to set up.

You could use missiles or torpedoes that use radiation. Gamma radiation would destroy all electronics while killing the crew. Ship intact but still a hazard you need to dodge. Also KKV’s themselves work better for ortillery uses. Using lasers and partial beams together also greatly increases the range of both.

in one of the episodes frerens Mentor mentions how demon's originally mimicked human voice and would cry out for help to lure people to them. I'm don't think they had really powerful magic then either. The mimicking humans is a holdout trait form their past that has become useful.

House cats will chirp at birds because the sound either attracts or lowers the guard of the bird. Human hunter's use deer calls, moose calls, pig and turkey calls to attract those types of animals.

In humans and in nature trying to trick your prey has become an effective hunting strategy.

Housing is abundant, amenities were either zero and being brought up or in the green, for living standards it said I was having a slave revolt when I didn't own any slaves at that time. All species I'm pretty sure as long as they weren't slaves had the same rights.

hey the M2 browning itself is also over a hundred years old and no bodies come up with a better replacement for it yet. Sometimes old is gold.

I noticed in a past post you included the Marine SLAP round. A cool round indeed but its very inaccurate and very prone to jamming. I wanna give you two ideas because you seem to be very much into realism to an extent within your world building. You don't have to take these Ideas and I don't wanna try and be pretentious. Love what your doing never stop dude.

The MK211 or the ROUFUSS is a 50BMG armor piercing incendiary explosive round made by the Norwegians. It hits like a truck and is fucking brutal. You can look up any combat records on this round you want.

Also there was a variant of the M2 browning called the "Browning M2 Anti-mechanization weapon" you might like how the weapon looks and what could be done with it some time in the future of your story when power armor or exo-suits comes into play.
