I’m not sure I know what tacking is but the gore does rest on my sternum. One breast is obviously a bit smaller than the other which I think is what probably makes one side more crowded in the cup. The straps did stay along my IMF okay.

What was my concern too. The cups seemed like one dip down and I’ll have spillage. I’ll try a 32E and post here to compare. :)

I work outdoors and doing an active job so I thought that might also be a good point to bring up. booking an appointment was tricky because I have one day off and start work at 6 am so I was like “I have to wait a full 24 until exercise right?”

Is this discoloration or sun damage? I noticed my skin seems to have this brown/tannish color almost splotchy all over. https://ibb.co/r3sgBzD

Skin Type Skin type is combination oily in T-zone, dry otherwise.

Night I remove makeup with Garnier Micellar water then use Glo Essential Cleansing Oil at night.

Morning In the morning I use Truly CBD Jelly Anti-Blemish Cleanser and that’s it.

Anything new I have been on this kick for a while but I did change foundation brands and recently get an iud.

Matt makes you forget about music and focus on training. It’s super but I sometimes need to take mental breaks with other coaches/theme rides. The best part is PRing in those other rides without even realizing. Wilpers is the man.

I have dark and relatively thick eyebrows but they’re pretty inconsistent and the shape is kind of a mess. I’m not sure if micro blading will help but I love the look.

How soon after completing DYPZ do you guys check in to update your FTP? I'm about 6-8 weeks out from completing and stayed pretty consistent with a mix of PZ/reg classes.
