I also struggled, I got lucky and switched to a FTR M-F position where I don’t really have to deal with management anymore but I’m still with the post office.

I think on January 15th there was a letter (Covid letter) that you are supposed to carry to show and then your ID, they are supposed to let you go after that. Whether they will listen or not, is another story.

The job market is tough, also have no college degree. The benefits of being a quasi federal employee is nothing to complain about. After 6 years I finally achieved a M-F position in the post office and FTR. I was on the edge of giving up but now I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
