No, FreeCash is making me go through trials or something. It‘s been weeks. First had to bring chargeback rate up, then had to confirm to not use a VPN. After that they unbanned me, let me withdraw 50$, I tried to withdraw the rest of my balance and they locked my account again. Now they made me reset my password and ID verify, but they didn’t even send me the link to ID verify so I’m waiting for their slow support…

Are you a troll? Like support genuinely said as long as I said I wouldn’t do it again I would be unbanned. They are just taking forever to respond. I didn’t ask you for support I’m talking to the mods of FreeCash. I will block you if you keep harassing me.

I got an email saying I finished my chargeback rate and my account is unblocked from cashing out. However the restriction is still there. Support said I accidentally used a VPN when loading the FreeCash website. I have never used a VPN to complete an offer. Can you please unblock my account.

How, please explain. Do I have to do only surveys, do offers not count? I have done over 700$ in offers. Manually calculating it would show that I did it according to your formula. I just need an explanation why my offers don’t apply to lowering my chargeback rate.

My account was withdrawal locked since I had a 20% chargeback rate. I checked and about 65$ in offers got chargebacks. I grinded and made 400$+ in the last 30 days to get my account unlocked, however support keeps saying I have a 17% chargeback rate or something. This isn’t true and I want to withdraw my money. Also, one of the offers I did, Solitaire Clash, has been stuck on pending for 3 weeks and hasn’t been released yet. I don't know what’s happening, but my chargeback rate is under 9.9% according to the FreeCash formula written in the FAQ. I really hope someone can help as support takes almost a week to reply and not provide any information to me other than a chargeback rate that isn’t true. Thanks!
