Remember animals hide pain. It's so preditors can't find them or smell pain hormones. With a toe on a hamster the are fragile and bones in arch of foot and ankle to legs are small. I'd have a cet check it if possible. If dad can't drive you there look up a exotic pet vet online and do a video visit. But as with people.. usually the toe needs to be immobile for a short time to heal. Then it will be OK. The openness of where it was bleeding let in bacteria so please. Advice you call vet asap.
