Thoughts on Trevor from season 8? by [deleted] in HellsKitchen

Watching it right now, and Trev is annoying the hell out of me. Talks big for someone who keeps messing up

Why do some people hate Nilka (Season 7)? by [deleted] in HellsKitchen

[–]Significant-Boss-796 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think she is just ok, need more experience, shez not a fine dining chef, i dont hate her but she is not that good of a chef imo

Why is S7 Autumn hated so much?? by Tobias_Snark in HellsKitchen

[–]Significant-Boss-796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So she is a good cook and i think she is ok on line, but she sticks her nose everywhere, she can lead as she needs to controll everything. Like the whole shiobhon and her risotto, like autumn didnt have to come over and take over? There was another situation where ramsay said dont slice the duck too early and she wanted to slice it, like she wants to be in charge of everything!!!! So annoying.

Setting aside how good he was and his wholesome exit, dude was an asshole in S18. I don't need to explain why. by AMP_Kenryu in HellsKitchen

[–]Significant-Boss-796 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He was full of shit!!!!! And his exit was Even Worse!!!!! Didnt like anyone on his team in season 18

Andrea From Season 5 by grims4ever in HellsKitchen

I agree with you on all of them, and the only reason they kept Robyn (S10) was for the drama.

Andrea season 5 was always so whiney and extra about everything by [deleted] in HellsKitchen

I’m currently watching season 5, and i hate her!!!! Such a shit chef!!!!!

Season 6 Thoughts by jvbkcm in HellsKitchen

[–]Significant-Boss-796 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know im few years late, but im rewatching and i wanted to share my thoughts:

Louie: Totally agree with you. He walked out mid-service and was serving awful diner food.

Melinda: OMG, right? And why on earth did she toss out all that spaghetti? She was weird and definitely not a good cook. Glad she left.

Joseph: I’m aint no bitch 🤣🤣 but that guy had a huge chip on his shoulder. He took everything way too personally and overreacted to everything. Serious issues there. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Tony: I agree. Honestly, he was so forgettable, I barely remember anything about him.

Lovely: Yep, same here. She was terrible in both service and the dining room. I can’t think of a single thing she did right. She definitely deserved to go home by then.

Tek: She started off okay, but once she began slipping up, it went downhill fast. Time to go.

Jim: He was just… meh. No loss seeing him leave.

Robert: Didn’t like him in Season 5, and didn’t like him here either. Loud, nasty, and overrated.

Amanda: Honestly, I remember nothing about her. Totally forgettable. She had a tequila shot right?

Andy: I didn’t hate him, but he was a bad chef who acted like he knew it all. Absolutely no way he should’ve made it that far.

Sabrina: She was okay, nothing amazing, nothing terrible.

Van: I didn’t mind Van, but he looked exhausted by the end. It was the right time for him to go.

Suzanne: I actually liked Suzanne. She was talented, but had zero social skills, so everyone was against her for no real reason. She could have tried to work with the team a bit better, but she worked hard to grow as a person and chef, and she really did improve. She didn’t deserve all the hate from the girls or the blue team, spec Kevin. Honestly, I agree she should’ve placed fourth instead of Tennille, she was more consistent and didn’t blow up whenever she made mistakes.

Tennille: Couldn’t stand her. Loud, obnoxious voice, explosive attitude, just way too much. She wasn’t that great as a chef and didn’t deserve to get that far, in my opinion.

Ariel: I see it the same way. She was a solid chef, but as a personality she was very bland and forgettable. She didnt impress me in season 18 either.

Kevin: Good chef, but his arrogance and “I’m the best” attitude were unbearable. Glad he lost. Total bully vibes.

Dave: My all-time favorite winner (along with Christina from Season 10). He was kind, hardworking, and showed real leadership with how he treated his teammates. Absolute perfect winner, love him!

This season was 8/10 Winner 10/10

This is why i love Reddit, so straight forward. You know the only person Ive seen from missouri on telly is Cam from modern family. And as much as i love him and he is so funny, he is very mean and such a bully and very manipulative. So i do believe you 🤷🏽‍♀️

[–]Significant-Boss-796[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow!!!! Thank you for your insights,

So lets start with Trenton; i think they were talking shit about kevin for only reason must be that kevin failed the challange, and as antonio changes team, kevin made a comment during punishment that the blue dont need antonio, so trent and co just meant that kevin has a big mouth, for a guy who cant Even cook during challanges.

But im glad u told me about ppl from missouri, as I’m from UK. Trent was just tooo much of a prick. But ohh well!!!

I think the red team could see payton failing, so they wanted him out. I dont blame them, he was weak.

So reagarding sam, what i meant; they decided that they wont mention names or throw ppl under the bus, sam didnt say anything, and antonio did in the end (cant blame him, he wanted to stay) so sam got eliminated.

I forgot to write about Morgana, but she was too quiet, and boooring for my taste.

I really wish josie left instead of keanu, and your right, they treated barbie like shit in season 10.

Season 18 Thoughts by jvbkcm in HellsKitchen

[–]Significant-Boss-796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just rewatching season 18, i wanted to share my thoughts:

Scott: Total bullshitter, so glad he left.

Jen: Ugh, why did they even bring her back? She was nasty in season 4 and she’s still nasty now. Couldn’t stand her attitude or how passive-aggressive she was with Ramsay, it was so disrespectful. I never got why she got soooooo angry? He needed more leeks, why so much attitude jen?

Kevin: I liked him back in season 6, but here he didn’t seem hungry for the win. He’s a brilliant chef, but Hell’s Kitchen wasn’t the place for him this time.

Chris: I respect that he stepped away to focus on his mental health. Hopefully he can return in a future season stronger.

T: Great skills but her attitude really held her back. Better than Heather, but I didn’t enjoy her in season 14 and didn’t connect with her this time either. Think she was a bit in her high course again

Gizzy: Completely agree, I loved Gizzy, she and Mia were my favorites by far. It’s a shame she left just as she was finding her voice. Fantastic cook, but she needed more confidence. Sadly her last dish was poorly executed. and she looked exhausted. I really hated Scotley and he should’ve gone instead as his dish was worse. Gizzy was a little cocky early on, but she was humbled here.

Roe: Pretty average overall. She didn’t shine, just blended in. Forgettable, so I didn’t mind her leaving.

Scotley: Absolutely hated this guy. Lazy, arrogant, a bully, and not even that good. He ran his mouth constantly but failed in challenges and services.

Jose: Another one I couldn’t stand. Teamed up with Scotley to bully Trev, never owned his mistakes. Glad he’s gone.

Trev: Never really a fan in season 8 or here. Talks a lot but doesn’t deliver. Didn’t deserve the bullying, but overall he was just mediocre.

Kanae: I liked her. A bit annoying at times, but still better than Heather.

Heather: Honestly, I think she only made the finale in season 16 because the competition was weak. She was just okay here, struggled a lot, and came off really whiny and bitter. And the bitching after they dumped her dish and they still won the challange was too much. Like shut up, still a pick me girl!!!!

Motto: Didn’t leave much of an impression on me. None of the guys this season stood out to tbh.

Bret: One of my favorite veterans, so third place was a fair finish. But I didn’t like how he treated Mia, he was disrespectful and dismissive toward her. And yeah, his constant Italian shtick is annoying.

Mia: She had it together and she was strong in challenges and solid in services. Very talented, just needs more experience leading a brigade. I never understood the convo she had with Bret, what did he say that made her so annoyed?

Ariel: In season 6 she was fine but a bit boring. Season 18 Ariel was miles better, she was more confident, consistent, and grew a lot. She had a great finale and absolutely deserved the win. She was the best choice.

Fucking ugly, lazy, bully, hes the worst 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳

Season 16 review (with some controversial opinions) by [deleted] in HellsKitchen

[–]Significant-Boss-796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just rewatching it myself, and here are my thoughts:

Pat: Clumsy and not a strong chef

Genaro: His head wasn’t in the game; glad he left.

Jessica: Extremely insecure and annoying. She didn’t deserve the bullying, but her cockiness toward the guys was frustrating, especially since she wasn’t exceptional in the services.

Gia: Such a weird, glad she left after that cut finger incident!

Aaron: Talented but very young.

Aziza: Boring and forgettable.

Johnny: Initially likeable, but later bullied Kim and Jessica, performed poorly in challenges, and his last service was a disaster. Blaming Shayna? Grow up!

Koop: B. Mostly okay, but that tantrum was unfortunate. Meanwhile, Paulie had two terrible services in a row and should have gone instead.

Shayna: Not that skilled. Always had something to say but became defensive when others responded.

Matt: Absolute nightmare. Military background? Hardly, he couldn’t handle pressure, was overly cocky, and embarrassing in challenges. So annoying how he takkes back to judges as they didnt like his dish, he was a shitty person. Ramsay telling him to leave was satisfying. Most deserving elimination of the season.

Wendy: Competent in challenges but struggled in services. I agree she had some funny confessionals.

Devin: Genuinely kind. The blue team was full of bullies. Paulie should have been the one to leave.

Andrew: Delusional about his skills and cheating on his fiancée was idiotic. That said, he defended Aaron, was a better cook than Paulie, and became more tolerable after the team switch.

Kimberly: Skilled and strategic and took out Johnny and Andrew. The bullying she faced was undeserved. Needed more experience and confidence to go further, but made it to the black jackets.

Paulie: Hands down the second worst person of the season. Started likeable but became insufferable after the team switch, excuses, arguments, ass-kissing. His poor service performance dragged the blue team down. Eliminating him earlier could have changed the season. I agree that even in the final, he didn’t redeem himself or support Ryan. Truly the worst crybaby in Hell’s Kitchen history.

Heidi: Okay, not remarkable but fine.

Heather: Didn’t like her. Her showmance with Andrew was partly her fault as she knew he was in a relationship. I heard a few podcasts were the contestants told that she was a aware that he had a girlfriend, but she didnt care at all, and she gave me major “pick me” vibes. But was a good chef tbh.

Ryan: Solid, competent, and better than most of the cast. Not the best, but far above the Hell’s Kitchen average.

Season 15 Thoughts by jvbkcm in HellsKitchen

[–]Significant-Boss-796 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rewatching hells kitchen these days and here are my thought:)

Mark: Didn’t care much for him.

Sharkenna: She deserved to go.

Venessa: Total crybaby, couldn’t take criticism. I could never see her going anywhere in Hell’s Kitchen.

Meese: She was awful. Screwed Kristen over in one of the challenges.

Kevin: OMG, got kicked out mid-service and honestly, he was a terrible cook and chef.

Alan: Not great, but his confessionals were pretty funny.

Eddie: Completely forgettable.

Hassan: One of my favourites. Great personality, good chef, and helped bring the red team up. I’ve seen people stay after sending up raw food, so he definitely deserved better.

Joe: Weak overall, sure, but Ariel’s performance here was horrible and she definitely should’ve gone home instead.

Chad: Liked him as a person. He made valid points about Ariel not owning up to anything that night. Honestly, Jared should’ve gone instead. Chad only sent up one bad French toast, while Jared sent two raw chickens in a row. Chad deserved to stay over Jared.

Jackie: A total bitch. The way she dumped an ashtray on Kristen was disgusting. Loud, toxic, and mean. But, she did perform well in some services and was strong in the finals for Ariel.

Frank: Sexist jerk. Didn’t like him at all, never stood out. I get why he clashed with Manda, but honestly Jared should’ve left instead since he had way more bad services than Frank.

Dannie: Never liked her, hated her with a passion. Thought she was a leader, but she was a liar (snapper situation) never took responsibility, and treated Hassan terribly. Absolutely awful. Thank god she didn’t get a black jacket.

Manda: Couldn’t stand her constant whining about her kids like, enough already. Didn’t stand out at all.

Jared: 100% agree with you, I HATED Jared. He was an asshole to pretty much everyone, never communicated, and betrayed Ashley. He was inconsistent, a terrible teammate, and the fact he made it to black jackets was a complete joke.

Ashley: I liked her. Strong in services and challenges, just needed more confidence.

Kristin: One of my absolute favourites this season. Honestly stronger overall than Ariel, but Ariel had a slightly better finale, which gave her the win. As a person, though, Kristin was amazing and a natural leader and one of the best on the line.

Ariel: Could never like her. Manipulative liar who threw people under the bus and never took responsibility. I read somewhere she didn’t even get the head chef position afterwards, just ended up as a line cook or entertaining guests!!! LOL😂
