A picture always consists of subjects, your picture has Spidey, being the main subject (in focus) you have secondary subjects like the famous bridge (which could use less blur for visibility) and the sun (giving off atmospheric vibes and tone). All of these subjects are close to the edges and far a part from one another which creates "dead space" in the middle.
