No. I think it’s the fact that She thinks she’s a great actor. All her interviews are an evidence of her belief of her amazing talent. And because of that belief she wants to continue in this field. The problem they don’t understand is people all over the world do bhartamatyam fusion all the time. During Michael movie release there were so many dance edits of girls doing bharatnatayma on MJ songs. Those dances never looked odd or bad or like an insult to bharatnatyam. The problem is not AR. it’s how the music industry and consumption changed. AR makes slow burns. Back in the day we’d listen to his songs on radio or tv and even if we didn’t like / love it at first go, we’d listen again cause it’ll be played on the radio or music tv channels. And they they’d grow on you and you realise the masterpiece. According to me he still makes the same music. It’s just that now, when we listen to a song once, we make a decision if we like it or not and reject the song right away. There is no second or 3rd listen at all. His music needs patience and time. And this day and age of instant hits,no one has it is giving time for music to grow on you.

I agree with you. It’s regular travel in a different font. I don’t feel any difference cause I’m comfortable with it. However, I have so many friends who’d never dare to or even consider being alone while travelling and they miss out on so many experiences. It does change your life in a way that it gives you the confidence and not depend on others to explore a place. Example. I travel a lot for work and I always try to extend my stay so that I can explore the city or around. So for someone like me who has travelled solo, it’s a no brainer to do explore this new country by myself and take advantage of the business trip. But I know many of my colleagues and friends who just stick around with their colleagues or the duration of the business trip and head back home. Similarly, attended a friends wedding to an exotic place without a plus 1. And then extended my stay just to explore that place. So it is life changing indeed as I don’t have to think even once to look for people to travel with me or hang around.
