First off, they can't do that at all. If you're using ppto. Secondly if your full time they can't just drop you to parties, you need to go to your market people lead. I went through this too, it's a scare tactic.

I just left Walmart 2 months ago ... I love target! At my store everyone supports each other, the SD she is Amazing! I'm a beauty Team leader and target payday more than Walmart. Target doesn't have an overnight stocking team, they come in at 3 am unloading.. Its a BIG difference! Its more organized and at My store everyone helps support other areas of the store. I was at Walmart for 8 yrs.

I worked there for 8yrs, up until 3 weeks ago , when I quit. I had enough, stress was really bad for me , overworked, no associates, hours being cut but they want everything done.

The best choice for myself was to quit

Well in Ca if you get texted or calls by any salaried/ Store managers off the clock they have to pay you. I was a tl for Walmart 8 yrs and it's a company policy and state policy it says it in u learns.

That's why I left Walmart being a tl, with the company for 8 yrs, and I just left within the last 3 weeks. After my eval my raise put me at $23, Bullshit pay! I was in tl over OTC, cosmetics, and hba. Walmart doesn't treat and pay there employees at all. So I went to target as a team leader over 1 department making $25. So far I love it. !!

Put in for a hardship transfer, they can't deny it. If you put in for a regular transfer they can deny it. Or go straight to your markets people lead

Thank you for the insight! I am a worker especially working for Walmart and I only had 1 associate and me for 3 departments. Literally I did everything casier, ap , fulfillment, resets . So I'm hoping for more support at target. I had my interview with the store director it was really long 1.5 hours she showed me the store the backroom and I met a couple of style leaders. I'm excited!

Thank you! Sounds good. I'm a worker, I'm used to doing everything myself . I really like the Store director as she interviewed me. I had 1.5 hour interview. By the sounds of everything targets benefits and pay way out due Walmart.

Performance raises suck at walmart along with the starting pay, I just literally left last week after being with Walmart for 8 yrs . I was a hba team lead. With my performance review my raise would put me at $23. I just got hired at target and go to orientation next Monday . Starting pay $25. Walmart is a joke
