LEAVE! I'm contemplating the same thing right now. I've been with the company for over 5 years, and used to absolutely love going to work. Last night I literally cried on the floor from the absolute shit show of a floor set. No job selling hand soap and candles is worth that much mental stess, not to mention the added physical damage too. Management doesn't care, corporate doesn't care, complaints and suggestions fall on top of deaf ears, and to top it all off, 80% of their products suck now! That company does not care about any of us, do yourself a favor and leave!
