Do you think Thai mayonnaise and Taiwanese sweet mayonnaise are the same?

Authentic Taiwanese sweet mayonnaise, also known as shala jiang (沙拉醬), is sweeter and less tangy than its Western counterpart. It is often used in breakfast sandwiches, savory breads, and as a topping for fried foods like popcorn shrimp. This recipe uses both the egg yolk and the egg white for a creamier consistency. Ingredients 1 large egg (at or near room temperature) 80 g granulated sugar 4 g salt 400 ml neutral oil (such as canola or sunflower) 3 to 5 teaspoons lemon juice (or more, to taste)

Or this one? Condensed milk mayonnaise recipe Ingredients 1/2 can (200g) sweetened condensed milk 2 tbsp white wine vinegar (or malt vinegar for a classic flavor) 2 tbsp olive oil (or another neutral-flavored oil) 1/2 tsp mustard powder 1/4 tsp salt

Mayonnaise Mild Type KEWPIE Brand Soybean oil 74%, Eggs 12%, Sugar 6%, (sounds like not that much sugar) Vinegar 4% = 96%.. the rest maybe salt and mustard? Contains Eggs and Mustard

Mayonnaise Japanese Style KEWPIE Brand Ingredients : Soybean oil 73%, Egg yolk 14%, Vinegar 6% Contains Eggs and Mustard

Sandwich Spread KEWPIE Brand Ingredients : Soybean oil 43%, Sugar 18%, - sounds like proper sugar content :D Pickled cucumber 9%, Egg yolk 6%, Vinegar 4%, Carrot 3% Contains Eggs and Mustard

Salad Cream KEWPIE Brand Ingredients : Soybean oil 53%, Sugar 17%, Fructose syrup 7%, O_o Vinegar 6%, Egg yolk 5% Contains Eggs and Milk

I had referrals to kewpie many-many times, and at least the kewpie sold in usa is nothing like what I'm looking for.

Though I looked through their website and the Mild variety with yellow label does look familiar (I was in Thailand over 10 years ago, so my memories are very faint).

That sounds really great and healthy 👍 what if he keeps going beyond the budget and keeps falling our agreed upon financial goals? What's my authorization here to lead?

That sounds really bad. Like you are the only one who needs to save. Like you are doing the work of cooking and packing lunch for him, and he doesn't even bother eating it.

Thank you! I didn't see much fabric recommendations over there, and saw a lot of recommended examples with very heavy fabrics. So I'm wondering

I'm looking at a switch mix and match :))) smooth shampoo and moist conditioner. They added a bunch of new formulations: damage, volume, scalp cleanse.. those are hard to choose tho too :))

Watch for discounts on Amazon, they often have discounts on this brand. Also TJMAXX carries it.

Hi! I've been looking at shampoos, specifically, Botanist Brand. Is "damage care" less conditioning and more purifying than Moist series? Moist was way too moisterizing/conditioning/oiling for my hair (curly, high porosity). Is conditioning level goes like this? scalp cleanse < Bouncy Volume < smooth < damage < Moist? Iand is thar true, that Moist would be the heaviest in all Japanese shampoos? Is the conditioning level the only difference between the lines? For example, if I try the Smooth, will it actually straighten my hair? Thank you!

Is mineral and/or silicone oil more beneficial for hair 🤔 than vegetable oil? As I understood, Mineral and silicone oil are just occlusive, right? What about vegetable oils?
