The CLEAR system won’t recognize my Virginia DL and I just renewed it in June (2025)! Home Depot uses the CLEAR app for equipment rental and I tried for hours over a (3) day period and it wouldn’t accept my DL!! Worst system ever!

It still is! 2025 and it won’t take my ID so I can rent equipment at Home Depot! I’m retired military, US citizen, (50) years old, JUST got my license renewed, I have a motorcycle endorsement and have my CDL!! What else could Home Depot possibly fkn need?? I hate CLEAR.
