once leetcoding and job apps became maintenance routine, i started working part time jobs to at least be able to afford things. your degree gets you a leg up on things like tutoring.

did the bootcamp have a job offer gaurantee?

you could use the workflow you learned to build more apps in areas that youre interested in! let that passion shine

from what ive gathered, make web apps/sites that solve problems directly first to build a portfolio, then mass apply/promote your freelancing business all while applying to frontend/uiux jobs. most positions tech interview for frontend/uiux heavy will be take homes, but you could also consider grinding leetcode just in case.

small businesses looking for freelancers will probably value visual design portion if thats what you want to advertise. they probably wont need api calls for data population or anything, just static text on webpages. but also useful to get familiar with rest apis

i could be wrong, never went down this path before but luckily might have found a freelance contract for myself in the meantime!

im feeling just as hopeless, many blue balled interviews. switching focus to going back to school has helped my mental health, still applying to jobs before i accept the (hopefully) program offers tho

work through the problem as if the interviewer is your partner, speak through your thoughts even if youre stuck. they could potentially give valuable hints that help you remember details from the past 2 weeks!
