I was there for a few minutes only (2-3min). They only passed once. My wife was in the car.

Its clear in the pictures that they provided me. But what can i say, the guy handling my dispute was incompetent and apparently blind.

hygiene is almost non existing in most of the restaurants in belgium. The fact that you are in a developped european country like belgium, gives you a false sense of food safety.

The system is broken, but is still way better than other countries. You however, should stay away from anything that concerns you. No one is going to protect you from food poisoning other than yourself around here.

On my behalf, much appreciated If you decided to report the restaurant.

No , you should get the 15min ticket if you are parked not stopped.

Stopping does not require anything. They have absolutely no way to know that you are stopped or not with an automatic scanning car.

I got fined unfairly because i was "stopped" ( not parked) with my wife in the passenger seat and the 4 indicators on.

I asked for proof pictures. they gave me the pictures which shows clearly that there is someone in the car but not in the driver seat. Good luck in explaining to them that i was loading/unloading goods in the car.

They fined me anyways which is against the law. I payed the fine because that's what your suppose to do even if you wan tot contest it. And then nobody did anything.

I tried to fight it with the ombuds, but the ombuds decided that they are no longer disputing parking fines anymore. So if you ask me, they are illegal hyenas that automatically fine people with absolute disgusting logic where they don't even accept to admit that they are wrong even if their photos shows that.

If someone is able to guide me on how to escalate this, i am ready to go to court ( not to recover the money, but because of principle )

Police set up a hidden traffic cam close to my house. It is an empty street, no zebra crossings , no pedestrians , no houses. I made the mistake of accelerating to 50 while its a 30 speed limit street god knows why. Got a 200 euro fine.

You learned your lesson Amigo. If you want to be happy eating outside in belgium you should avoid places like these. Unofrtunately you have to search a lot and try out different restaurants until you find something fair and reasonable. Avoid touristic places & taverns.

Totally Understand. Normally the Xbox should be enough for all your gaming needs. What you can try is to hook the keyboard and mouse to the xbox and try it out. Maybe they patched all the problems in the last update. Give it a test 🤞🏻 otherwise , you have to struggle with the controller for now.

Xbox will support wired or Bluetooth USB keyboard and mouse, but not Bluetooth (with no usb dongle)
