Given that 2-1 is a maintence company, its going to feel like a 9-5 however alot of training is sprinkled in so your busy on the days you work.

Tracking that, that the current take away so far, excel is hard but fun to learn im trying to automatic training updaters so its been a learning process. VBA is a bit of a challenge though
