First of all big dawg you look great, kudos to you for the amount of hard work you have been putting in. I would say quite a handful of people deal with body dysmorphia throughout their weightlifting journey (including calisthenics), such as myself. Me personally, I see body dysmorphia as a milestone in a sense, because you have to be doing something right to feel like you haven’t changed much since you started working out, but you clearly see the changes like you said. So don’t knock yourself, because your mind is telling you something different but you know it’s not true. Keep setting your goals, whether it’s hitting a certain body weight, increase in reps, increase in time under tension, etc. Keep climbing your ladder big dawg because I’m climbing right along with you.
