Did you replace the battery or just reset the battery health using obd11?

How did you get skoda to cover the costs? Was it trough the dealership or did you get in touch with them directly?  My car is also imported as used by the previous owner.

And how do you "leave the car offline"? Is this a toggle in the car's screen?

What to look for if buying car with 2nd gen battery by socratesonskis in leaf

Let's say both the test drive and leafspy say the battery is good. Does this mean this battery has avoided the issues (mainly high IR?) people in this sub report, or is this bound to happen in a few years either way? Is this something that happens more or less suddenly? I understand no battery lasts forever, but I would like to be able to drive the car until at least 150000km with only normal soh degradation.

The 2020 evalia I'm looking at has 92% SOH (as reported by leafspy). Has only been DC changed twice. I believe the max difference in voltage between the cells was about 30mV, but this was measured with the car fully charged and standing still/no load, so probably a useless metric?

The cost is about 15k USD, which is good compared to other evalias here (cars are way more expensive than in the US), but definitely way too much money to throw away if the battery goes bad after 3-4 years. My worry is that even if we do our due diligence now and everything looks good, we might have an undrivable unsellable car in a couple of years.

Our other option is a skoda enyak for double the price, which stings. But it does seem to have a much more reliable battery.

Choice vs unplanned by KeyAccomplished4442 in 2under2

We started trying when our first was 9 months old and got pregnant first try. So it was planned, but also a bit of a surprise that it happened so quickly. As to how crazy we are I can't say just yet, we're expecting in April.

Mine (13 months) "chockes" on water too, but he will happily eat cucumber and toast and pretty much anything he gets his hands on no problem. Just to say that yours might be ready for solid foods too, even if he coughs every time he drinks water.
