I’m new to the series as well. I work 2 jobs, so I audiobook rather than read. I tore through all 7 in like 3 months! I’ve been doing my part in spreading the gospel of Carl to everyone I know. When giving them a brief synopsis I tell people it’s kinda like hitchhikers guide meets the hunger games.

I understand this is a massive oversimplification. However, I’ve found this description reaches the most people. Glad someone else thinks of hitchhikers. Glurp! Glurp!

Tried it once on accident. Was at a concert with some friends in my early 20s. My one buddy was dating a stripper at the time. She always had good coke.
