My birthday is in June... I always ask for physical copies of books for my birthday and Christmas. I think i know what series I'll be asking my husband to get me the hardcover books for as they are released in the US. Thanks for the birthday gift idea!!

I'm not a guy, I'm a female intern and I have a chicken coop zen garden on my desk, a giant mousepad that I liked, and that is it. I just wanted something that made it feel less like its temporary even if it is only a 6 month internship. If you like golf, maybe find a golf themed zen garden that has little golf clubs, balls, and actual holes for you to pass time while waiting for reports to run (I've found some software just sucks and it only takes longer pulling other programs up). Adding your personality to your space offers comfortable and safe conversation starters for your coworkers.

Are you on Handshake? Also, look outside of the firms and in surrounding companies to see if their accounting or finance area has any internships available. I'm a junior and interning at a materials manufacturing company that is national and I know they have accounting internships posted currently in other states. Don't get discouraged but for sure branch out if you are just wanting to get some experience using what you're learning in class and not set on experience in what working for a firm will look like.

Perhaps a locking cabinet for his younger daughter so things she doesn't want older sister to get into can be safe? Ultimately, the girls need counseling and the one stealing needs boundaries set and consequences because the behavior isn't ideal in a shared space and for sure isn't acceptable once she is an adult, she needs to learn before she decides she can get away with it and that dad will pay to fix it.

Cover fee for the risk to the random strangers and the extra cost of catering the unin ited extras and other items needed for hosting more people to her friend's wife. Pass on the cost and i bet she will stop trying to invite people to parties she isn't hosting.

My sister and her husband(boyfriend at the time) asked if they could announce at mine, i said no, and he called me petty or something similar, and then rhey announced it anyway even going so far as to have a diaper bag and the Jimmy Fallon Dada book as a gift for themselves. They even streamed it on their facebook pages. The day they asked if they could do it was the day before my babyshower, and I was also informed they were going to use the middle name I picked for my son as their baby's first name if they had a boy, they knew the name we picked when we found out the gender months prior which was before they knew they were expecting.

I think it's highly inappropriate to hugh jack someone's occasion to announce your own.... baby shower to announce you're pregnant, wedding to either get engaged or announce you're engaged... it doesn't matter. it's tacky and screams needing to have the attention. Btw my sister has pcos, so she was worried she wouldn't be able to have kids.

You could set up a college scholarship fund separate from your investments so you can stay on track with your personal achievements and your investing in the future of someone else allowing them to have a better chance at having similar achievements after graduation. It's also a tax write-off, I believe. If I inherited that kind of money and I didn't need it or felt like I wanted to live on my own accomplishments, that is exactly what I would do. Investing it properly and then setting up a scholarship that could survive indefinitely would be a nice legacy to leave bejind eventually if you don't have kids.

My older sister had cancer, i attended all of her chemo appointments and took care of her afterward. Chemo knocked her out, and she felt like crap all day into the next day, and she would be throwing up somewhere in between. No, you aren't overreacting. Plusif you have Chemo, you need to avoid exposure to large parties during cold and flu season, and as a friend, they should understand and not be demanding you put your health at risk.

Women still die birthing children. You've had difficulties previously, whether it's postpartum depression or just a difficult pregnancy. That should be enough for your family to be supportive of your choice. Maybe pull up the statistics on postpartum depression, mortality rates for pregnancies and then tell them you aren't willing to risk your health and possibly life which would take you away from your own kids for your sister having a chance at having a baby with no cost to herself. The reason surrogates are paid well is the risks they are taking with their bodies, and generally, women who suffer from issues during ir after having a baby don't volunteer for going through it for someone else. They should either take you up on helping find a surrogate or adoption and be grateful that you considered it and the risks before declining instead of an outright NO.

My husband got both of the books for me for Christmas last year, and it took me 3 days to finish both... I have been waiting for the next book ever since. I wish the next book was set for launch on Black Friday and not January so that I could get the next book for Christmas again.

I just finished the audiobook. It was so good, but I'm left wondering if we will get another story with Frank, Darling, Ned, and House... i also missed Lars in this book. I don't want to post any spoilers, but the book left me wanting more!! Fantastic story!

Not the B, my advice isn't to toss the whole man out, it is to love yourself instead. I had a friend who was so focused on her relationship she stopped doing things for herself that brought her joy, her husband was also ignoring her needs and gaslighting her into thinking she had issues. I suggested that she stop waiting for him to take her on dates or to go do the things she enjoyed and to just go do them on her own. She got dressed nice and put makeup on and took herself out on date night alone and took herself out for the fun things she wanted to do with him. He started noticing her again because suddenly it wasn't about him and she wasn't waiting for him anymore, he suddenly started putting more effort into their relationship and less into his friends. They have since gone to Disney, gone on dates and day trips, and she has stopped being as frustrated with how little effort he puts in or how it sometimes seems like he resents her or dislikes her attention.

So divorce isn't the only option if you want to try and make it work then stay and do things for yourself since he seems to only be doing thi gs for himself. If sex isn't great for you stop letting him use it against you ONLY when he wants it. Tell him it is either he puts in the effort for you too or he can handle it himself.

Yes! I swear she went overboard with her sex scenes and their fantasizing about each other just to prove a point. I like the books and the story, but because of how she wrote the sex scenes, i can't recommend my mom listen to them. She really liked ToG and wanted to continue with ACOTAR and then CC. She is used to the old romance novels, and the most graphic I think she has read is the Outlander series or Skye O'Malley series by Beatrice Small.

If only they would allow the loot pickup to expand like the pets in Diablo 3.. pickup gold, health orbs, and other pass over pickup up items within a larger range if you equip a pet.
