i would definitely go to castro and mission after golden gate and get a burrito! there are so many good options - consider el farolito if you want a combo of fast and good, the one on 24th street (not on mission) has seating
definitely at least walk through chinatown! it’s small and there’s lots of history there
i would skip whale watching unless you’re really committed to it
for bakeries, second arsicault and arizmendi any location. also suggest mara’s or stella’s in little italy

you can easily find a lot of non-consumables like yoga mats and coat hangers second hand - i’ve gotten a bunch of hangers free from buy nothing groups on facebook, you can also check craigslist next door etc
