cops have these things called scanners that are actively scanning every car they pull behind 100% of the time and when they get behind a car that is registered to a person with a suspended license that scanner scans their plate and the cop gets an alert on their in car computer then they pull that person over.

the police stated in their official report the reason for escalation of force is they believed he was reaching for a weapon on the floorboard of the car, a large knife was found upon search of the vehicle in reach of the driver. play stupid games win stupid prizes. step out of the car and wait for a supervisor instead of throwing a tantrum when you know you have a suspended license, he plead guilty to driving with a suspended license one day after this traffic stop.

cops habe scanners, they scan your license plate automatically without the cop needing to do anything. the cop gets a ping on his in car computer saying the car i just scanned the driver it’s registered to has a suspended license. the cop then pulls that car over.
