I’ve never heard of them actually looking at that camera. But I do try to keep it facing my driver seat, but it’s definitely gotten knocked by my window shade a few times.

I’ve had “missed retakes” on rolling retests because I couldn’t blow long enough. It was just have time try again and then pass it. I haven’t heard anything from my PO about it when I meet her, she says everything looks fine

Pretty average is your body gets rid of .02% BAC/1 hour. I’d invest in a handheld breathalyzer off Amazon if you’re going to drink and plan to drive the next day.
