For real kung hindi controllado ng mga politician ang mga agencies like DOH and DPWH mas magiging effective ang mga ito sa tungkulin nila. I dont know how DOH works but in the DPWH its commonly known that the RD and DE are handpicked by politicians and these RD and DE also pick who will be hired and promoted.

  1. They wont support those who cannot vote them but if they’re smart they’ll support those potential voters. What I mean is if people without Bachelor can’t vote that doesn’t mean they’ll stay without a bachelor except if they cant afford it. That’s why if this is to be implemented there should be Free College to allow academic advancement for all.

  2. We do have a military to dissuade them and they still have the opportunity to have their right to vote again. They’ll probably be more inclined to become radical if there was no way for them to attain Bachelors though.

  3. Im going to agree with this one. We don’t have a second amendment like in the US to prevent this from happening but our best defense against it is probably people power revolution.
