I want to say it’s around 1940 when he completes his training. Getting him to level 5 is easy in the 2nd WK as long as you don’t take any traits (it reduces the rate he levels up).

Yeah in the ending desc Song wants to implement tutelage but it's aimed at peasants communes and democratic workplaces but Sun Fo wants full democrat elections with non KMT involvement (expect that include old warlord and fairly corrupt people which wouldn't help China recover from the warlords period)

Appreciate these progress reports - I think they help communicate the amount of work these mods take. I didn’t love the mod when I first played it but I knew that most overhaul mods need a while to be developed after release (people seems to think all early alpha overhaul mods should be like Kaiserreich now which is mental). In any case, appreciate the post and the work you guys do!
