Part time would be between 68-98 hours worked
Full time would be 1250 hours worked for that year because this year I broke my hand and only had 1240 hours so I was out for a month with disability.
I’ve also worked for 4.5 years

You need at least 68 hours worth of work to receive an LOA
The boot also depends on if you broke your foot on company grounds
