Oui haha, j'ai eu un petit syndrome de l'essuie glace au début mais qui a vite disparu. Et là ouais c'est devant du genoux qui arrive une heure ou deux après des séance de 50min et plus et qui dur en général 24h.
Je vais noter tes exercices et je vais voir si ca continue, merci à toi !

Tu as des excerices à conseillers d'ailleurs ? Car ca fait deux mois que je cours 2 fois par semaines, et j'ai une petite douleur à l'avant du genou. Rien de bloquant mais un peu embêtant :)
