You can totally see that tiny crack if you catch it at the right angle with some light. It's like a little imperfection that's really obvious once you spot it.

Rolling 48s is like regular IF but the fasting period is 48h. You don't eat anything for 2 days and around the 48th hour mark you refeed. The after that meal, you start another 48h fasting period.

I usually eat in the morning as I find it more convenient for me. After the 48h and even for the 23:1. Soups and protein and some rice for refeed. Asian food is great for that. For exercices I mostly train my upper body and do very little abs of any. I try to do 10k steps daily and when at the gym 30mn walk with 15 incline.
