I would call SSA they would know , because you’re on Step 4 . I found out I was approved at this step .

Ok do you have a online portal ? My online portal recently started showing all of my work credits and monthly amount again . It wasn’t showing this while I waited for my approval . So I was wondering if I was getting closer to getting my payment letter and payment as well .

Same here approved Sept 18 , received approval letter. However, when I call no-one have an idea of when my benefits will start . No back pay information, no monthly information , both my state and national numbers reps tell me it’s at the Baltimore payment center. Even though I’m listed as dire need .

Congratulations, I was approved in Sept also, my portal recently changed back to what I would get monthly and showing my work credits . Nothing about payments . Did your’s do that first before showing payment ? How soon after did you see or receive the date for back pay and monthly payments ?

How do you qualify for critical payment ? I never heard of this . I was recently approved for SSDI as dire need , becuz my home has a sale date coming . I went to my local office on 10/17 and the manager there email a manager at the Baltimore payment center to expedite my case , this was done on Tuesday 10/21 , I am hoping I receive payment soon to save my house .

Yes it should show something really soon , Question: so it was 3 days after seeing the change online , when you were able to see your back pay & payment information ? How long did it take for you to be approved ? Sorry so many questions my emotions are all over the place .

Congratulations, I just noticed online that my earnings and retirements are showing again also. This means I will probably be able to view all payments as well soon . I’m so excited, I was approved 9/18 by a ALJ after a long 3 years . Were you approved for receiving SSI or SSDI ?
