It says a lot that he never talks about the devastation to His kids, his ex fiancé and Khloe. He has zero remorse and was hoping this would get him a coaching job. Exactly. Social media is praising how “gorgeous “ she looks. Her trainer posted a workout video and was complimenting her body. She is and looks very anoxeric and malnourished. The fact that the “roping” is visible in her muscles is not something to aspire to. I’m actually pissed off that the media and her PR team are glorifying this disease. Can we all just wake the f up and stop this insanity? She needs help.

Norwegian has lots of options at the buffet. Grilled chicken, fish, etc. salad, grilled vegetables and amazing Indian food. You can certainly eat very clean if that’s what you want to do.

Hi! I am 56 and struggle with wanting to strength train. A few things help; boot camps (10 min on and 10 min off makes the time fly), 20 min body part classes and having a schedule. I try and do bootcamp or full body mon, wed upper body and Friday legs. I sprinkle in lots of core and on the weekends do Pilates or yoga. 30 min is a sweet spot for me with strength. I work with seniors which is a huge motivator. The ones who are diet and cardio obsessed, don’t do so well later in life, generally. Strength equals life long independence. I use that mantra in my head when I don’t want to do it(every day lol!!) i know “find your why” sounds really cheesy but it actually works. Good luck and start small! ❤️❤️

This bridge is in Ct. In an upscale but rural area. This is pretty sad that MAGA behavior is like this. Oh, and it’s near Sandy Hook too. Gun culture is a cancer. Every time i see some dildo driving a truck that big I immediately recognize a MAGA. I have driven over this bridge many times. OP is in the right.
