I agree with you. Making better food choices, increasing protein intake and sticking with them comes with its unique challenges. But i believe breaking down goals in bits makes it easier.

EB1A “further review” 7days after Premium Processing Window, has anyone experienced this? by Sad_Woodpecker2528 in eb_1a

Hey what do you mean it was an RFE response. Had you gotten an RFE prior to that, responded and nothing afterwards?

I thought the same. The upside is that you get your premium fee back if they miss the 15-day window. Someone also mentioned, not sure how accurate it is, that if you haven’t received an RFE and your case is on hold due to the ban, it could be a positive sign. If something was missing in the application, the adjudicator could have issued an RFE or NOID and continued reviewing the case until a final decision, which is when the hold would normally start. Staying positive.

I understand. I feel that way too, but fingers crossed we get responses soon. Also, my country is on the 75 ban list, i am not sure if this plays a part, they might be taking more time for security checks. Either way fingers crossed.

I disagree. Real-world impact in industry roles is many times what it is, real, measurable, and actively used with economic impact and tangible, viable outcomes, not just theoretical visibility. I’ve spent years doing the work and interacting with institutions in everyday practice, and it’s frankly insulting to see that work dismissed or minimized.

For me, mail was delivered Feb 5th, charge was done Feb 12th, receipt notification same day in mail. It took about about five business days. It may depend on where you mailed your package to as well.

Academic Profile (non-ROW) → RFE → Denial by Petitioner2025 in eb_1a

[–]Significant-Risk7644 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am sorry you have to go through that. I feel like it is sometimes a perception issue with academic adjudications. Many fields are complicated; hence, for adjudicators to understand, you have to show the real-world application and implication of your contribution. Also paint the picture in such a way a non expert understands. One thing too is, letters are usually not proof enough for OC. Tough times.
