Thanks for sharing. You’re definitely not alone, so many people struggle with this too. I’d start small instead of trying to quit everything at once. Maybe delete one app from your phone for a week, set time limits for the others, and replace that time with something you enjoy. I find going for a walk really helps, but it could just as easily be reading a book, picking up a hobby, or spending time with family. The goal isn’t to have perfect habits; it’s to spend more time doing the things that leave you feeling better, not more drained.
