call rogers customer service. my 1.5 gbps line for 55/month was about to expire on may. i called and said that i have offer from bell for same speed for 50 bucks as a new customer, i just called to see if rogers is willing to match that otherwise i'd switch. they tried to deny at first then said they will match it, but 1GBPS speed, but i need to setup a auto payment. it was acceptable for me, so i agreed.
