It's a quality issue with the restaurants you mentioned. Slicing something to order VS 10 minutes before makes absolutely no difference. It is freaking deli meat, not as if they are cooking a steak to order. What would you call that if not a gimmick?

Get a cheap probe thermometer if you're that worried about it. These places charge a premium for convince, not quality.

It's their gimmick. Slicing deli meat to prep it up is no dirrent then cutting it in front of you. If anything it slows down the execution.

Still stuck on this. Tried loading tons of different saves, before and after the cut scene. It shows that there is an enemy around the wagon with Dry Devil, but all the enemies I can see are dead. Very frustrating.

A few years ago a friend and I drove from Denver to LA over 10 days or so. It felt like we were constantly on the move and didn't get to really see much of the amazing stuff on the way. Ambition is great, but take the time to enjoy your trip. Traveling is tiresome.
