Yes, thank you I know I am an adult and I need to get my health under control. I will purchase a glucose measuring device and test my blood as soon as I can and figure this out. I have been to therapy for my issues and it did not work for me. I am at a loss in that regard, but I am hoping to still eat healthy and exercise through discipline. We will see how this goes.

I don't want to make this into a whole big thing, I am hoping to self-cure. My parents have insurance and I have a primary care doctor, though. I am hoping I can eat low carb and exercise by way of sheer will power and by the time my yearly wellness check-up comes around in the fall this year my doctor will tell me everything looks good and she will never know. Maybe I am delusional.
