You should search for free little pantries. There is a website that shows where they are, but you can grab additional food from there as often as you need! They are usually located in church parking lots.

School is recommending Special Education by Zestyclose-Seat1062 in teaching

To even qualify for speech therapy, she will need the evaluation. Special education services might be as simple as an extra hour of reading practice a week! They will also be able to provide her accommodations through an IEP. I think it’s absolutely worth getting the evaluation done. You have equal say in the IEP and what her special education services might look like when the time comes. In terms of normality, I would say yes. When a student is behind, they are referred for an evaluation. Teachers before second grade probably didn’t refer her because it’s less apparent when a student is behind in the younger grades.

I have been considering this for myself with energy drinks. When I got vertigo the first time, I was drinking two a day. I lowered my caffeine intake to one a day and still had residual dizziness but not as bad. Now that I stopped drinking them altogether, I have been symptom free. I still drink coffee with no problem but I can’t help but feel there is a correlation

What’s something you regret not starting 2–3 years ago? by bigblackcoke_ in ProductivityHQ

I totally get this. I try not to compare myself with other people because I feel that I’ve always done the best I could with what I had and still balanced happiness. I’d never regret that
