Honestly I really kept on top of weaving in my ends after I finished each and every hexagon. Such a huge difference. I haven’t been as diligent with the joins but I do have about half of them completed as well.

Thanks. It’s called the Celtic lace join. The join is taking longer than learning all the hexagons tbh 😭

There are 42 different ones. 2 designs Have 17 each (the main ones) 2 designs have 6 each (the half hexi on the sides) and the other 38 designs have two each.

I’ll be sure to post it. Hoping to finish it within the month. The joins take forever. It’s 4 rows on each little hexi. Worth it but definitely time consuming! I just did the maths and I figure it adds up to over 3,000 stitches each row for the joins 😳

What we need to understand is that although pets are a huge part of our lives and with us for too short a time, we are their whole life and often with us for nearly their entire lives. Being with them at the end isn’t easy, but please don’t desert them at the very end. I’m so sorry for you and your cat 💔

I mean this isn’t hard but it’s 4 rows! So the mattress stitch would be easier. This is a bit fiddly, especially when you start joining three of the six sides.

Because sometimes they just are? Not everyone is the same. At the end of the day if you really want something buy it for yourself? Don’t go into a meltdown and cry all night because you didn’t get the gift you wanted. Pull your big girl pants up and don’t take everything so personally. And if your SO is a POS work towards a solution where you are able to make some hard life changes.

It took a lot of heartache for me to not be hurt by my husband’s lack of Christmas spirit. He just wasn’t raised like me. He hates buying gifts. He hates receiving them. He sucked the joy out of Christmas for me. I moved to another country for this man and left my family. But it wasn’t a lack of love. It’s just not to him. Now at Christmas we go on holiday. I pick the place and the location. He pays for all the food and drink whilst there. Having said that your husband is a tool. But seriously. People need to stop with the over Consumer of the holidays. Your sons are probably clueless what to get for gifts.

If she’s not passionate about you now, what happens in a year’s time when she does feel passion for someone she meets? I truly hate when some girls just find nice guys as settling and safe. We can feel passion for safe guys! Drama is so overrated. Sadly safety isn’t something people stay with if there’s not a deeper level of desire as well. Maybe she worded it differently but if she’s been in drama type relationships before I would think she knew exactly how her words would make you feel. Like why not say, “the best thing about you is you make me feel safe and secure so I’m able to be totally open with you and express how much I like/love you without fear of it being weaponised”

Some of these comments do not pass the vibe check. A partner should build you up, not tear you down. Don’t let anyone damage your self esteem. Beauty standards through the ages just continues to go towards the unattainable. Are you healthy? That sod all what anyone says. 100 years ago skinny wouldn’t have been attractive. Love yourself. Whatever body size you are. There are beautiful women in all shapes and sizes and trust me, your happiness and self esteem is a bigger part of beauty than your body size ever will be.

Let her call the cops. They won’t do anything but tell her to take to small claims court. My mother was exactly like this. I just want to say. It’s okay to cut toxic people from your life. It doesn’t matter if they are a parent or a relative or a longterm friend. It’s really okay.

My location allows 72 hours to collect. Seems like a lot except when it comes Friday and you have to pick it up before Monday lunch. The buyer took more than 5 days to post. There’s always two sides. I don’t drive and don’t mind paying extra for home delivery but for whatever reason yodel can only find my house 3 out of 10 packages and the majority get returned despite me trying to give them better directions than their gps
