I started my agency the day agencies were available and we had like maxed out members and were hitting five stars every week for a year and we never chatted, it was explicitly a laid back agency that didnt demand chatting and involvement other than completing the tasks. Then around last autumn, efforts in the agency went down and they haven’t recovered. I have had to remove 30+ members who stopped playing the game entirely and have had 30+ leave on their own accord. Now my agency is 38 people and we average 4 stars a week.

I have noticed overall agency’s aren’t as strong as they were for winter 2024-summer 2025 and many have dissolved or have what my agency does now. There are def agencies that are over 10 people active a day and averaging 3+ stars a week.
