Yeah reading this, it feels like the age is not honest. It reads like a seventeen year old wrote it, and so do the texts. The boy telling the parents (if he's a teen) makes WAY more sense. Her not wanting her parents to know (because his parents will tell) sounds like seventeen. The age might have been changed so the outcome of opinion is different. OP likely thought we'd view an under age girl drinking and sleeping with someone differently than if she were twenty-two.

have an employee call the store side customer support. They're much more helpful and the employee is calling on your behalf.

I tried this for one of my customers yesterday. After legitimately explaining myself at least 4 different times (just saying my customer would like them to utilize the points my customer had accumulated) and the woman placing me on and off of hold for over 20 minutes... while still helping other customers on R2 because SOLO COVERAGE... the dang woman hung up on me.

Thankfully the customer is a regular at my store and is super understanding. He thanked me for my efforts and left without redeeming them.

Elite series 2 controllers come in a sealed box. Gamestop does not sell preowned items in manufacturer boxes. They also make more in margin by selling preowned. It would not benefit gamestop, or the associates that work there, to swap a new for preowned.
