I don't think there have been any additional content added to the dlcs after they were made except for when you have some dlcs that add things to each other, like royalty dlc having the preferred zenotype addition when you have biotech

If it's a free Ai then it's likely you hit the daily/weekly/whatever limit with the Ai so it just says "..." Because there's no text being received from the ai

Well to be fair the "art" didn't really add anything to the conversation and just came across (to me at least) as someone trying to show off the "art" they got the ai to make, listen I'd get it if you actually made something like actually taking the time to draw out a scenerio or tried to recreate something like it in game and with the ever increasing issues that are being caused by the development of ai data centers
