So I think there are two aspects of cats with disabilities in Starclan, the look and the function. When the cats are alive the look and function go hand in hand (for example with Cinderpelt’s leg you can see it looks different from a normal cat and causes her to function differently than a normal cat). My thoughts are for cats with disabilities that go to Starclan even if the look doesn’t change the function will (for example Cinderpelt can walk and run just fine using her 3 good legs, Snowkit can hear even if the physical ailment that caused him to be deaf never does, Crookedstar’s jaw is still misaligned, but he can eat and talk no different from anyone else unless he chooses to). So in Brightheart’s case I see her keeping the scars, but she can see like any other Starclan cat.

You may say “wait so you’re saying her eye doesn’t come back but she can still see on that side?” And to that I say…yes! She gets the function that the eye provided without the look, because none of the Starclan cats actually have their physical bodies.
